1. Read in a clean room. May be big.
2. Daydream 10 seconds before you start reading each page.
3. Every 5 or 10 minutes, decide to move your hand against your computer/phone/ipad. Pretend to glance at it. Draw it away after 10 seconds.
4. Repeat 2 and 3.
